Founded in 1786, Haddonfield Friends School is an independent Quaker school educating students from age 2 through grade 8 in historic Haddonfield. HFS uses community, differentiation of instruction, and project based learning to guide children to see the world through a new lens.
Accredited by the NJAIS, MSA-CESS, and FCE
With small class sizes, our dedicated teachers are able to organically deliver flexible and inquiry-based learning experiences. Our academic program supports HFS’ mission and reflects our Quaker values of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality, and stewardship. HFS strives to meet our students where they are and develop the whole child in mind, body, and spirit. Our academic program converges students’ skills and interests with innovative content and fundamentals; high-quality, caring, and supportive faculty; thoughtful class sizes; engaging delivery; and best practices in education.
Haddonfield Friends School prepares joyful and inquisitive young minds to carry the light of confidence, critical thinking, creativity, and stewardship in a diverse community of learners.
