What is your typical process for working with a new client?
I begin by understanding how the client lives in their space—their routines, storage needs, style preferences, and pain points. From there, I create thoughtful layouts, finish options, and 3D renderings that make decisions easy. I collaborate closely with homeowners, designers, and builders throughout the process, refining details together before final pricing. Once approved, installation is expertly handled by East Coast Closets, ensuring a smooth, well-managed experience from concept to completion.
What inspired your passion for your profession?
I’ve always believed that an organized space can transform daily life. Early in my career, I saw how thoughtful storage design brought clarity, calm, and efficiency to clients’ homes—and I was hooked. With over 38 years in the industry, I’m still driven by the blend of creativity and problem-solving, and by the joy clients feel when their spaces finally work beautifully for them. Helping people live better through smart design is what keeps me passionate every day.
