- Same-Day Proposal - You receive a detailed and customized proposal at the time of your appointment.
- Scheduling – A clear and specific start date is provided in advance so you know exactly what to expect.
- Preparation – Heiler Painting provides simple instructions to ensure your space is ready before work begins.
- Daily Updates – Your lead painter communicates progress each day to keep you fully informed throughout the project.
- Final Walk-Through – A thorough review is completed to confirm everything meets your expectations before the team leaves.
- Experience Check-In – Shortly after completion, the team checks in to ensure everything was delivered exactly as promised—this is where the journey toward becoming a Raving Fan truly begins.
- Annual Follow-Up – For the next five years during your warranty period, Heiler Painting checks in annually to make sure your project is holding up beautifully and continues to meet their high standards.
