Good news! This year, all our fitness classes — including the indoor studio classes — will be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis. That means, you do not need to preregister for any of our classes ahead of time.

This 45-minute cardio-boxing class brings the best of an intense boxing fitness workout as you move to the beats of the music. The workout ends with targeted core work and a deep stretch.

Grab a friend (or we’ll find one for you!) and hit the indoor track for a relay race that doubles as a total-body sweat session. You and your teammate will divide, conquer and tag-team your way to victory as you complete sets of sprints, lunges and more in this fast-paced 20-minute workout.

Get ready to experience a floating yoga experience unlike any other: This yoga session will be performed entirely on a paddleboard in a pool. Practicing on the water allows you to access a powerful form of alignment that is not accessible anywhere on land.

Push your fitness routine to the next level with this twist on high-intensity interval training, which incorporates explosive, athletic exercises into dance routines. One minute, you’ll be grooving, the next you might be hitting the ground for burpees or springing up into jump squats. To maximize aerobic capacity, you’ll keep dancing even as you “recover” from the highest intensity movements. Don’t worry, though: You’ll be so energized by the moves and music that you won’t even mind working so hard.

This is a high-intensity interval training workout with a twist: It’s all done on the water. You’ll tackle burpees, lunges, squats—pretty much anything you can do in a fitness studio—on a paddleboard in the pool. Get ready to engage your secondary muscles and support your primary muscle groups while correcting imbalances that we collect through years of improper alignment. Get fit, get wet, and have fun!
