Allaire is the local coordinator for The November Project, a Boston-based initiative that brings fun and free workouts to Philadelphia on weekday mornings. Best part? Each workout begins with a hug.

Nanci Dodson
Dodson is the studio manager of CorePower Yoga and has been teaching with CPY since 2011. Her classes offer a challenging sequence with great tunes and a lot of fun!

Juliet Sabella
Sabella is the owner and founder of The Wall Cycling Studio and Barre in the Wall located in Manayunk and Phoenixville. She holds multiple certifications for indoor cycling and spinning, is a certified personal trainer, level 1 certified TRX trainer and certified in barre instruction through Exhale Spa. No matter what type of fitness Sabella is teaching, she promises to be the fastest, most fun part of your day. In her classes you’ll laugh, sweat, and leave on an endorphin overload ready to tackle anything that comes your way!

Jayel Lewis
Lewis is an educator, a motivator, and loves a good challenge. As the owner of JL Fitness and creator of InspirationallyFit.com, she believes everybody has a story. Her main goal is not only for the exterior to change, but to mold a strong mind as well. In addition to her B.S. in exercise science and nutrition, she is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist who has trained internationally, and consults for health and wellness brands looking to expand their audience.

Mariel Freeman
Freeman began practicing yoga in 2001 while studying at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. In her teaching, Mariel inspires students to directly access and celebrate the intelligence of embodiment through precise alignment and Rajanaka Tantra philosophy. As a life-long student, she shares the great wisdom and generosity of her teachers in all of her classes. Freeman currently resides in Philadelphia, where she co-owns Shot Tower Coffee.

Serena Scanzillo
Scanzillo, personal trainer and owner of SerenaFit, is a Center City Philly girl who knows first hand how demanding the life of a young, smart, focused city dweller can be. She created custom training programs which make wellness a priority in the chaos of our lives. She’s witnessed the sweat and corresponding happiness of so many women. When she’s not coaching, she’s hunting for thrift-shop treasures, making gluten-free treats or making memories with my close family.

Christina M. Stoltz
Stoltz is an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker, pelvic floor specialist, and celebrity trainer with a penchant for designing innovative, inspirational, and ass-kicking workouts that build strong bodies and transform lives. She is the founder and Head Mistress of Ploome Fitness Boutique and the REQ.1 Movement Arts Non-Profit. You’ll find her scootin’ around Philly on her powder blue Vespa, doning a pink glitter helmet and downing a cinnamon-infused iced coffee with her French Bulldog, LuLu, in tow.

Holly Waters
A certified personal trainer, Waters was recognized as Philadelphia magazine’s 2010 Best of Philly Personal Trainer. She brings passion and creativity to the fitness world. Her philosophy of having fun can be found in her personal training sessions, group classes, and personal fitness endeavors. She finds joy in every aspect of fitness and thrives on mixing up the monotony of exercise routines by flipping tires, climbing ropes, and creating challenging land and water obstacles. Waters works closely with each client to identify personal preferences in the gym to develop a unique training experience.
