A. The Best of Philly® Soiree is a rain or shine event.

Q. How do I get to Dilworth Plaza?

A.  The Park is accessible via multiple forms of transportation including Septa’s Broad Street and Market Street lines. Driving to Dilworth is an option, however, a surrounding parking garage or public lot will need to be used for parking. Dilworth Park is also easily accessible by walking if you are coming from Center City.

Q. I lost/forgot my ticket, what do I do?

A. Your ticket can be reprinted through Eventbrite by logging back into your account. For specific questions simply email events@phillymag.com.

Q. What should I bring to The Best of Philly® Soiree?

A. You should bring:
• Your ticket
• Valid Driver’s License
• Dress Code: Business casual but feel free to dress it up while staying cool.

Q. Is The Best of Philly® Soiree accessible to people with disabilities?

A. The entire park has various ramps accessing every part of the event.

Q. What happens if the event is cancelled?

A. In the event the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified of cancellation and refund policy.

Q. Where should I Park?

A. Dilworth Park does not have their own parking lot. A surrounding parking garage or public lot will need to be used for parking.

For Mercedes-Benz VIP ticket holders complimentary parking will be available at the Love garage at 1599 JFK Blvd. When traveling east on JFK it’s the ramp on the right immediately following 16th Street.
