The fruit pies from Penza's in Hammonton look like they're straight out of a Gourmet magazine spread -- and taste even better than they look. There was much hand-wringing last year when this quirky Rittenhouse museum lost most of its Maurice Sendak collection, but in the end, it didn't really matter.
