Vetri Foundation’s Fifth Annual Great Chefs Event

Culinary world luminaries came to the Philadelphia Navy Yard from all over the country on Tuesday night to participate in the Vetri Foundation for Children’s Fifth Annual Great Chefs Event, which benefits Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation in its mission to find a cure for childhood cancer. All of the big chefs and restaurateurs from Philly were in the house — Jose Garces, Morimoto, Marc Vetri (the host), Mike Solomonov, Stephen Starr —plus some really big names from afar, like Top Chef host Tom Colicchio, Iron Chef Michael Symon and Paul Kahan of Chicago’s Blackbird and Publican restaurants.
