A pair of young—and well-trained—chefs have taken over a storefront in South philly known for turnover. While some dishes show flashes of inexperience, others, like a skate special with shaved fennel, are perfecect, making this incarnation the space's most polished yet.

Unlike Matyson, this BYO is worth going back to, over and over. Very small, but during the summer they do put a couple tables on the sidewalk, which makes things a little quieter. Pork belly was outstanding and the service is fast and friendly.
