Finley Catering's second suburban location, The Ivy at Ellis Preserve, is opening in the Fall of 2024, is a perfect complement to our center city locations and sister Newtown Square location. The Ivy will stand as our 5th venue, taking on a modern twist to the rustic-chic barn-like setting. Cocktail hour will boast a mezzanine balcony overlooking the expansive ballroom setting. The Ivy is conveniently located in Newtown Square, Delaware County with easy accessibility from Route 3 and 476. The Ivy can host indoor or outdoor ceremony locations, covered patio space accessible during cocktail hour and reception, and ability to host weddings up to 320 guests.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

When a client fills out a contact form through our website, one of our Event Coordinators sets up a date and time to tour the venues of interest. We walk you through the space and go into full detail how your wedding or special event will be executed. We then discuss available dates, pricing and everything that is included in our event package. When the client decides to move forward with us, a contract is signed and first deposit is made. After that, the client works with their personal Event Coordinator during the duration of time while planning their wedding or special day.
