For the third consecutive year, Abe Thomson has been named a Top Real Estate Producer in Philadelphia magazine. 2021 was another monumental year for Thomson; he was recognized as the No. 1 individual real estate agent for the fourth consecutive year out of 444-plus agents in Keller Williams Philly. Thomson’s production grew by 15% over his record-breaking year in 2020 covering Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. Thomson operates a personality-driven business and genuinely enjoys his profession. “If I can help people succeed while reducing the stress and anxiety from real estate transactions, I’m happy,” he says. Abe got us $38,000 over asking,” his client Lisa says. Conversely, on the buying side, Thomson says that deeply understanding your client’s needs to help them be efficient in the search process is crucial. Putting buyers in position to succeed with adequate research can be the difference in beating competing offers. “When it came time to negotiating prices, his knowledge and expertise really shined, and he was able to help me get a great deal even in a hot market,” his client Katie says.
