Kaleidoscope Solutions launched in 2009. While the initial intention was to plan corporate events; our first three clients were brides. Each bride wanted the same thing: someone they could trust to help them organize their wedding day and ensure that their perfect day would be just that...perfect.

Kaleidoscope Weddings; the arm of Kaleidoscope Solutions that focuses on our wedding couples; was born in 2011. Our continued growth is a result of the long lasting relationships that we have built with each of our clients and with each of our vendors. Now; handling close to 50 weddings every year; our success is a direct result of the dedication and commitment of each of our lead planners. We are a family. We want you to be part of it.

Services you offer:


The Premier Package was created for high-end clients in need of those extra special touches from beginning to end. This package allows for unlimited communication and for those clients that want that white glove service. There is no limit or boundary to planning your Premier wedding. Selecting this package means you intend on having your Lead Planner involved in every aspect of your wedding plans; small or large; and that you are a fan of doing things out of the ordinary; lavish and over the top! Having your wedding on a private estate or other unique locations can require us to make unlimited visits; some unplanned; in order to carry out your wedding as desired. You may want a completely custom "wow factor" at your wedding we will help create. Or; you may even want to bring in A-list talent to preform your first dance! While exciting; these instances require our full attention and unlimited presence beyond the traditional expectations and time spent of a Full-Planning Package. With the Premier Package you will get just that. There is no element we will not "go over-and-above" to ensure your wedding day is exceptional!


Our Full Planning Package was created for newly engaged couples in need of everything! The Sophisticated bride who may or may not live out of town and needs a planner on the ground to attend meetings on their behalf or along with! All styles and budgets can be accommodated with this full-concept planning. Your Lead Planner is as accessible to you as you need her to be for all things wedding! We are with you from start to finish; wedding location to bathroom baskets—no matter how long the time frame—to make sure your wedding is exactly as you imagined.


Our Custom Planning Package was created for newly engaged couples who have found their dream venue but need a little help with the rest! The Hustling Bride is unique and more than likely an "attention to detail" personality. Teachers; Law/Med Students; Living out of the area; juggling work and/or school and wedding planning. You want to be involved and enjoy planning yourself but maybe just don't have the time to get it all done. You may only have your locations and photographer OR have already secured a few of the main vendors but need a little assistance on the rest and the logistics to follow. Whatever the case; your Lead Planner will work with you on what you've already accomplished and help pick up the weight of the remaining of the planning; working together as a team OR taking charge on your behalf; however you prefer! No stone will be left unturned and your wedding day will be more enjoyable and carefree than you ever imagined!


Our Day-Of Coordination begins three-months out from your wedding date! If you are a DIY Bride and love planning and being creative but really want to enjoy the day you worked so hard to create; then this package is for you! Whether you've lined up all of your wedding vendors and are ready to bring in your Lead Planner to organize the logistics of it all and tie up loose ends OR you've done all that but also have a good amount of projects you've created and need set up for the big day; we've got you covered. Your Kaleidoscope Lead Planner is here to ensure that all your hard work is executed perfectly and that you and your families are able to completely enjoy this special day; carefree. It is time to start relaxing and hand over the wedding planning torch! Enjoy the fun stuff and greeting your out-of-town guests; let us manage the deliveries; logistics and communicate with your vendors while you soak in every moment of the best day of your life (to date)!

What's your background, education and training?

Clayre started her event planning business in 2009. While her intention was to work with corporate clients; her first three clients were brides who wanted to use her organizational skills to help make their weddings run smoothly. During the first 6 months; Clayre worked with these brides and quickly realized that wedding planning was in her future. After just two short years; Kaleidoscope Weddings was officially born; which now handles between 40 and 50 weddings every year. It has been a successful journey; and Clayre has been able to help countless brides enjoy the most important day of their lives. A combination of great organization and clever ideas makes Clayre a planner extraordinaire. Thinking outside of the box to create a wedding beyond the "norm” is one of her favorite things to do. Every wedding is different and each bride has a vision that is specific to their personality. Assisting each bride with their wedding planning is a magical and enjoyable experience for Clayre. Making sure that all of the details are seen through; and that the day runs smoothly and on schedule is the end result of every wedding that Clayre plans. The best part of Clayre's day - looking at her bride; in all of her glory; and knowing that she had something to do with making her happy on the most important day of her life.

What advice would you give a client looking to find a provider in your specialty?

In order to enjoy more and worry less on your wedding day; you need to fully trust the planner you are hiring. We recommend reading the reviews; interviewing multiple planners; and finding someone that matches your personality!

What inspired your passion for your profession?

Every bride wants the same thing: someone they can trust to help them organize their wedding day and ensure that their day is perfect!

Our full service is our most exciting. At Kaleidoscope; we enjoy being apart of the process from start to finish; getting to know the couples' likes and dislikes and creating lasting friendships.
