The B Street Band @ Hard Rock Cafe Atlantic City | Tuesday, November 15
Go full Jersey with a Bruce Springsteen tribute from The B Street Band down the shore. They’re playing a free show at Hard Rock Cafe, on the Atlantic City boardwalk, for the venue’s birthday bash celebrating 20 years in AC. Comedian Steve Hofstetter hosts.
HotHouse @ Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts | Wednesday, November 16
Next up in the PAFA After Dark series, in partnership with the Philadelphia Jazz Project, is the Price/Speaks/Diehl Trio, a Philly-based jazz ensemble with Larry Price on alto sax, Nimrod Speaks playing bass, and Kevin Diehl on drums. The concert is included with museum admission.
Back to Black: A 10th Anniversary Tribute to Amy Winehouse @ Ardmore Music Hall | Thursday, November 17
Hear Amy Winehouse’s Back to Black performed by a nine-piece band backing five rotating singers. They’ll also be playing select songs off the late artist’s other albums.

Rockers DIIV are on tour for their sophomore album, Is the Is Are, featuring two Pitchfork Best New Tracks. It took me three tries to type the name of that album correctly.
Mitski @ First Unitarian Church | Saturday, November 19
It doesn’t feel quite right to put Mitski Miyawaki, who goes by her first name, in the indie singer-songwriter category — not with the electronic drum machines pulsing underneath her swaying songs. Miyawaki and collaborator Patrick Hyland play all of the instruments on her newest album, Puberty 2.
