Tina Fey and Sarah Palin to Reunite on Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special

Tina Fey’s impressions of then vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin during the 2008 presidential election was no doubt a high point in the history of Saturday Night Live, so it’s no wonder producer Lorne Michael has invited her to take part in the show’s upcoming 40th anniversary special.

People reports that the former Alaska governor accepted the offer to appear on the epic three-hour special, which is set to air on February 15th. Along with taking part in a skit that will no doubt pair her with Tina Fey, Palin says she’ll show up with a few gifts: three Alaska-made hoodies for Fey and her two daughters.

Among the other former cast mates expected to appear are Jimmy Fallon, Chevy Chase, Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, Fey, Molly Shannon, Mike Myers, Amy Poehler, Dana Carvey, Kristen Wiig, Dan Aykroyd, Chris Rock, Andy Samberg, Maya Rudolph, Martin Short, Bill Murray, Bill Hader, Seth Meyers, Jason Sudeikis, David Spade, Fred Armisen and Norm Macdonald.
