PHOTOS: Henri David Halloween Ball 2014


Friday night The 46th annual Henri David Halloween Ball was held at the Sheraton Center City hotel. Nearly a thousand horrifying ghosts, ghouls and nearly naked goblins showed up to scare, stare and take selfies in anticipation of the midnight parade of the most fantastic costumes the city has to offer. Master of Ceremonies Henri David did not disappoint in his over-the-top outfit. Judging the costume contest was returning judges Stu Bykofsky, and Paul Struck with first time judge Helen “Nellie” Fitzpatrick , an assistant district attorney doing the duties.

Arguably the best moment of the evening actually happened before the costume parade when Henri David’s longtime partner Paul Struck got down on one knee and asked Henri David, his partner of 18 years, to be marry him. It was a spectacular moment. See that photo and lots more below.
