Four Seasons Food Truck Is in Town

From Foobooz: Four Seasons Hotels has launched a food truck tour. The FS Taste Truck is making stops in nine cities as it travels from Boston to Miami. This week the food truck is in Philadelphia. Monday, the truck will be at the hotel from 5:30 to 8 p.m., offering a locally influenced menu to hotel guests and people near the Benjamin Franklin Parkway hotel. A portion of proceeds will be going to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for cancer research. More here.

Fallen Angels

Villanova Theatre will debut its latest production, Fallen Angels, this week. Written by Noel Coward, the play follows two chic London socialites who fall for the same man. Declared as "smart, effervescent, and seriously silly," by Broadway World, the play will open on Tuesday night. Tickets are available for purchase online. Fashion Under The Shambles

The Headhouse Square Shambles will transform into a huge open-air runway this Tuesday evening, with over 21 boutiques and salons collaborating to showcase local Philly fashion. Fashion Under The Shambles invites the garment-obsessed and shopping-addicted to view an eclectic mix of men and women's fashion, hosted by America’s Next Top Model finalist Cory Wade Hindorff (pictured). Live @ Lunch

Liven up your lunch break this week at Dilworth Park. Each Wednesday afternoon, the free weekly series Live @ Lunch will encourage you to dine al fresco, enjoying live entertainment on the side. With different local performers each week, it's sure to be a solid mid-day pick me up. This Wednesday, you can catch the Black Pearl Brass Band. King Lear

Nothing like a little Shakespearean drama to kick off the start of Philly's fall theater season. Experience all the madness and tragedy of The Bard's classic, King Lear, opening this Wednesday at the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. Plus, check out the schedule of pre-and post-show INSIGHTS events, free to ticket holders, created to enhance your theater-going experience. Sondre Lerche

Norwegian singer-songwriter Sondre Lerche will perform his particular brand of indie pop at Underground Arts this Thursday evening. With his mellow tone and jazzy influences, he's tough to hate, and mainstream enough for even the most unpretentious of listeners. Did I mention he’s not so bad on the eyes?
