Questlove Announces 16th Roots Album Via Instagram

Questo just announced Roots next album, …..and then you shoot your cousin, via the above Instagram image. He captioned it, “Our 16th album will be available May 19th [2014]. It’s on Def Jam Recordings. This is a Romare Bearden collage called “Pittsburgh Memory,” done 50 years ago in 1964. Most people who have seen it tell me that it reminds them of our “Do You Want More?!!?!!!!” cover from ’94. There are similar elements but alas … night and day.
