Staphmeal’s Joshua Scott Albert Turning Himself In, Needs a Lawyer

Joshua Scott Albert, the blogger behind Staphmeal, tells the Philly Post that he is planning on turning himself in to the Philadelphia Police Department on Monday. Albert says that he’s still in search of legal representation to defend him against expected charges of criminal solicitation, threats, and harassment stemming from an anti-police Facebook page he created. Albert also created a Kill Mitt Romney Facebook page and is said to be on the radar of the Secret Service, which tends to happen when you make public statements encouraging the assassination of a candidate for President of the United States, whether or not you were serious.
