Gerry Lenfest has replaced Ed Rendell as the chairman of the group of investors working on an exclusive agreement to purchase Philadelphia Media Network. Lenfest heads the group that now includes Raymond G. Perelman. Perelman’s son Jeffrey also submitted an offer to PMN.
