Woman’s Conviction Overturned in ’09 Sex for Phils Tickets Case

Susan Finkelstein—known for making a police officer in Bensalem an offer he managed to refuse—has had her conviction overturned by a Pennsylvania Superior Court judge. Finkelstein propositioned the officer to trade World Series tickets for sex in 2009 and was convicted of attempted prostitution. Apparently, there’s “prostitution” and “not prostitution,” but no “attempted prostitution. Good to know. [CBS 3]
