HughE Dillon One-Shot: Top Chef Party

10 Arts Executive Chef Jennifer Carroll went out with a bang on her last night at the Ritz-Carlton before she heads out on her own. She hosted the Celebrity Top Chef Tour, which benefited the James Beard Foundation, last night with Top Chefs Scott Drewno, of Wolfgang Puck’s The Source in D.C., Victor Albisu, of BLT Steak in D.C., and Eli Kirshtein of Atlanta. Several notable Philly chefs helped out preparing hors d’oeuvre during the cocktail hour, including Jeff Michaud, Nick Adjintettdy, Ian Thomas, Marcie Turney, David Katz and Michael Solomonov, as well as mixologists Katie Loeb, Phoebe Esmon, Christian Gaal and Christina Tessaro. Below: Kevin Sbraga helps Jen work the line in the kitchen. More than 120 guests were served at one time, and I really enjoyed watching the well-oiled process of getting the dishes out on time.
