Last night a whole bunch of people came out to Tweed (114 South 12th Street) to help me celebrate PhillyChitChat‘s third anniversary, as well as support my personal favorite charity Gilda’s Club of South Jersey. Tidbits
Congrats to my friend John Saler (Stradley Ronon) who was recently made a board member of the Philadelphia Orchestra and appointed as Chairman of the Philadelphia International Airport Advisory Board. (Now I know where to direct my complaints to.)

Thank gawd the Eagles won last Sunday because a party Stewart Bradley is hosting is billed as “Celebrating a brand new season of great Eagles’ football and pep rally cocktail hour fundraising event,” benefiting the Philadelphia Film Society’s Annual Fund. Tickets are $25 for the Tuesday event at Sumo Lounge at 8:30 p.m.

What do Kandi Burruss, Fantasia, and Eric Benet all have in common?  They’re appearing at the Tower Theater. Fantasia on her Back To Me Tour on Nov. 6th at 8 p.m.

Today Bobby Flay will be signing his new book Bobby Flay’s Throwdown! More Than 100 Recipes from Food Network’s Ultimate Cooking Challenge at 6 p.m. at the Williams-Sonoma store at the Bellevue at 200 South Broad Street. You must purchase your book there to get it signed.
