The Face of Commercial Relationship Banking: Michael Messina

Michael Messina is currently a Senior Vice President – Commercial Lending Team Leader for OceanFirst Bank in the Philadelphia Region. Messina is a Philadelphia native who attended local schools such as: Archmere Academy, St. Joseph’s University, West Chester University and the University of Maryland Banking Graduate Program. He has 20 years of banking and lending experience in the local Philadelphia community and various markets along the East Coast, and has been awarded numerous accolades for successfully originating and managing more than $1 billion in commercial and residential loans in his banking career.

Messina and his hand-selected team of commercial relationship managers at OceanFirst Bank specialize in commercial real estate and commercial and industrial company lending. They also offer a full array of commercial and residential banking and treasury management products with a community banking approach where they assist all clients in meeting their financial goals.

Michael is an avid all-four Philly sports fan who enjoys gastronomy, reading, traveling and, most of all, spending time with his wife, Natalie, and their twins, Michael and Viviana.
