Dr. Anthony Bianchi, the newest member of the team, initially pursued a career in general surgery after graduating from Drexel University College of Medicine, but soon realized his interests were in head and neck surgery. After graduating from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Bianchi returned to Drexel University to complete his oral and maxillofacial surgery training. His clinical interests include head and neck pathology, nerve repair, microvascular surgery and dental implantology.
Dr. Andrew Miller is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. A graduate of Temple University Dental School and Drexel University College of Medicine, he has been practicing in Center City Philadelphia for over six years. Dr. Miller’s clinical interests include outpatient ambulatory anesthesia, dentoalveolar surgery and dental implant placement.
Dr. Eric Schlesinger is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and obtained his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. His oral and maxillofacial surgical training was at Drexel University. Dr. Schlesinger has been practicing for 11 years and is board-certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesia. His clinical interests include outpatient ambulatory anesthesia and dentoalveolar surgery.
Dr. Andrew Kanter is a graduate of Drexel University, Temple University School of Dentistry and Temple University Hospital’s oral maxillofacial surgery residency training program. He has been a practicing oral surgeon for 24 years. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Kanter’s clinical interests include 3D computer-guided dental implant surgery and corrective jaw surgery.
Drs. Schlesinger, Miller, Kanter and Bianchi all hold academic appointments at Drexel University College of Medicine and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children.
