How to Give Back (And Book a Staycation!) at Soon-To-Be-Open The Logan

Hopefully you spent the last week or so reflecting on everything you’re thankful for (family! Your health! Pie!) and giving back to the community. It was Thanksgiving, after all. If you didn’t, it’s not too late; you’re not a curmudgeonly Scrooge — yet.
The Logan, Philadelphia’s Hotel (yep, the one with the Beyonce-worthy suite) just announced a glorious new partnership with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society in which The Logan will donate 10 percent of each guest’s total room revenue to the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society from December 31st through the date of the Philadelphia Flower Show on March 31st.
This smashing match-up makes sense for two reasons: 1) The Logan will feature a gorgeous outdoor courtyard as well as a rooftop herb garden (come spring) when it opens in mid-December, and 2) James Logan, the namesake behind the modern luxury hotel, was quite the horticulture fan.
Better still, both PHS and The Logan are major advocates for the community. Situated right in the center of Philadelphia’s art and cultural district, The Logan is set to become a destination for Philadelphians and tourists alike, featuring locally sourced art and an effortlessly cool farm-to-table restaurant. Any opportunity we have to aid an awesome local organization and book a mini staycation is time well spent. So break out those calendars, folks. You have from New Year’s Eve through March 31st to support the partnership
