Celebrate The Grand Opening Of Goorin Bros. Tonight

A few weeks ago, we got a sneak peek at the new Goorin Bros. on Walnut Street. To recap: the shop was fantastically old-timey and I became a hat convert. (This was very exciting on a personal level.)

Now, to celebrate the shop’s grand opening, the coolest haberdashery in Philly is throwing a shindig tonight. And more importantly, it’s your opportunity to get “hatted” by one of the shop’s headwear whisperers.

The party is tonight from 6pm to 8pm at 1427 Walnut Street. Guests can expect live music from Drew Nugent & the Midnight Society (a very cool jazz band) and drinks by Bluecoat American Dry Gin. Plus, there will be a guest appearance by Chef Brian Duffy of TV show Bar Rescue fame, who will be serving up food inspired by this favorite Goorin Bros. hats—which, ya know, should be interesting. So, go on, get excited, and prepare to embrace the fedora.
