Store Opening News: Ocean City is Getting an Awesome New Women’s Boutique

Shore shopping isn’t always a sure bet. But amongst the boardwalk shops hawking seashell tchotkes and tacky t-shirts are some gems.

Soon to be among them? Exton’s Frey Boutique, which opens a second location in Ocean City tomorrow.

The Exton boutique is cavernous (really, it’s huge), and filled with the brands on most boutique shortlists: Splendid, Equipment, Joie, Vince, DVF, Tibi. Look for these, along with every accessory imaginable—from sandals to bags—at the OC location, which will have a distinctly beachier vibe than its PA counterpart (think: breezy Calypso pieces).

The store is located along Ocean City’s main retail drag, at 943 Asbury Avenue. It opens tomorrow and you’ll want to make a point to visit this weekend: From Friday through Monday, the 25th, all shoppers get 10 percent off, plus a free scarf with purchase (while supplies last, of course). Totally worth the Memorial Day shore traffic? We think so.
