She Moves Philly sells hospitality, not just real estate—they understand what it takes to support their clients in the Philadelphia area. She Moves Philly is a women-owned and -operated team that believes in building their community through guidance, expertise and teamwork. “Real estate is our vehicle,” says Britt McLaughlin.
Founded by “The Britts” in 2019, She Moves Philly has seen a lot of growth in its early history. Currently, She Moves Philly produces more than $50.2 million a year in real estate sales and is the number-one large team at KW Philadelphia in units and volume. She Moves Philly wouldn’t be the team it is today without the support of all their agents and staff.
Since joining forces in 2019, Britt McLaughlin and Brittany Nettles have grown the team and the brand by focusing on client relationships and creating efficient workflows. McLaughlin and Nettles understand that the buying and selling process isn’t always linear, but they work hard to make the process as smooth as possible. Clients’ goals are their top priority and whether it’s their first or 50th time through the process of buying or selling, She Moves Philly aims to make the transaction seamless.
In addition to “The Britts,” the team is comprised of: one full-time buyer agent, Monica Kramer, who has focused their business on the queer community and has seen tremendous success early in their career; two part-time showing agents, Jen Toadvine and Chandra Robins, who act as an extension of McLaughlin and Nettles; a full-time rental agent (read: rental guru), Jenn Allen; and two rockstar admins, Heidi Kleber and Julia Hayman, who are the hub to the She Moves Philly wheel. “We pledge to you a rewarding experience, and more importantly, a fulfilling story to carry beyond the transaction,” Brittany Nettles says. “A story worth sharing.”
