Ryan Quinn started as a buyer’s agent. One of his first clients was incredibly specific about the type of property and the neighborhood, but at the time, that kind of house just didn’t exist there. He found a plot a builder was willing to build a custom house on, and he fell in love with the process. He ended up hanging out at the project often, making friends with the builder and crew while learning about the new construction process. That blossomed into other projects, and the majority of Quinn’s career has been working with developers from breaking ground to sales. He has since sold hundreds of new construction homes, and in the past two years alone, he’s sold over 200 units with a few hundred more in the pipeline.
