It can be said that Nick Keenan’s love for real estate began far before his career. “When I was 10 or 11, I would ask my parents to take me to open houses for fun and knew every listing in the area,” he says. That love quickly evolved into a passion for helping others with their real estate needs. This passion drives Keenan each and every day, and has made him one of the Philadelphia metro area’s youngest Top Producers. “While I was in college at Temple University, even though I wasn’t in sales, I made sure to always be doing something in the real estate field,” he says. “During that period, I was working in construction and portfolio management.” This led to an intimate knowledge of Philadelphia and its unique neighborhoods. And his clients clearly agree. They’ve praised him on his compassion, knowledge of the city, ability to get things done and sense of humor. Keenan understands that home buying and selling can always be an emotional and stressful experience and therefore does everything in his power to alleviate those feelings for the client. “Even in the unprecedented market we’ve seen over the past couple of years, I want my clients to enjoy the process and come out of it excited for the future,” he says. And most of all, Keenan prides himself on the relationships that grow from helping others.
