Lara Ertwine grew up in Lancaster County and moved to Philadelphia to attend the University of the Arts where she earned a BFA in Illustration. Upon graduating she utilized her design skills and owned a successful artistic painting company for high end clientele both in Center City and on the Main Line. She also has 10 years of experience working with live music production in the greater Philadelphia region. In 2003 She began investing in real estate. Lara became a community adviser, and was the founding member of the local community association serving on the board for 5 years. During that time she organized neighborhood cleanups, and was the curator of the Trenton Ave Arts Festival, which has grown to be one of the largest community festivals in all of the city.
In 2008 Lara obtained her real estate license to pursue her passion for investing and helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership. since then she has grown her business to become the #2 single producing agent and #3 single agent in volume.
