Are you a fabulously wealthy Philadelphian who loves the Rocky movies? Here’s something you might like to know: You will soon have the chance to buy a mansion that was occupied by the widow of Apollo Creed, frenemy to Rocky Balboa, in the last Rocky movie, Creed. Auction house Max Spann is putting the estate up for bid on November 2nd at 6 p.m., according to a press release.

“The totally custom house was originally built for a high-profile Philadelphia business leader,” according to the release. “Following his death, his family sold the estate but the buyer unfortunately lost it to the bank.”

The 16,000-square-foot Huntingdon Valley home includes a movie theater, a bar, an indoor putting green and a library, according to the release.

“There’s also a separate wing of the home, over the garage, with an apartment as big as some people’s houses. And, of course, a home like this wouldn’t be complete without the veranda in back leading out to the pool in a five-acre park-like setting, including statues.”

An apartment as big as some people’s houses! Genius.

You can catch a glimpse of the foyer of the home in the video below, starting around 0:59. “Do you know how many times I had to carry the heavyweight champion of the world up these stairs because he couldn’t walk?” says Apollo’s widow Mary Anne Creed, played by Phylicia Rashad, while addressing Creed’s son-by-another-woman, Adonis, played by Michael B. Jordan.

Open house tours are scheduled for October 6th, October 9th, and October 22nd. Learn more here.
