This Chalfont residence may have actually done the impossible.

You’ll recall that earlier this month we were blown away by the Radnor Hunt residence with a helicopter pad. Obviously, we never imagined another home coming close to impressing us the way it did and certainly not within the aircraft amenities department. But as we just said, this Chalfont home did the impossible by doing so. Located within the Avallon at Moyers gated community, the property is in the fortunate position of having access, along with the eleven other homes, to more than twelve acres, which encompass a nine-hole golf course, three bass-stocked ponds, and two airstrips.

And it only gets better. There are four outbuildings,  one of which is viable as an airplane hangar. Jaw status: Dropped.

What’s more, the home was built with the surrounding scenery in mind, so it’s got its fair share of spaces that take advantage of this. There’s a two-story great room with skylights and walls of windows; master suite with screened-in porch; a light-friendly Morning room; and, finally, a solarium dining room with terra-cotta flooring and rose-colored glass panes. A fire pit can be found with the back paver patio. Specs and photos below.
