The building that houses the Bean Exchange, a popular coffee house at 7th and Bainbridge in Bella Vista, has just hit the market $779,000. Consider it a double-shot of an investment opportunity, as the two (pretty stellar, we might add) 1-bedroom apartments are also included in the deal.
The listing on Redfin states that both apartment units are on a month-to-month lease of $2,000/month, each with their own parking spot, washer/dryer in unit and private decks. The second floor unit above the coffee shop also has three sets of French doors with Juliet balconies overlooking 7th and Bainbridge streets.
It’s worth noting that the Bean Exchange isn’t selling their business, you’d just be their landlord.
The third floor is wrapped in large windows and even comes equipped with a wet bar and a spacious deck that boasts 360-degree views of the city. It really is one of the standout buildings in Bella Vista.
Bainbridge Street is in the midst of a little boom as of late. Surface parking lots are being swapped for housing developments. The highly-anticipated Whetson bar/restaurant just opened and Bainbridge Green, a re-imagining of the parking lot between 3rd and 5th streets into a pedestrian friendly park and promenade, is in the works.
