A few months ago, we spotted the cutest little house in Fitler Square, but haven’t really dwelled in the tiny home trend since then (unless you count the trinities we feature). Today, we went in search of one of these compact properties and came up with this mini Manayunk residence.

Granted, it’s not below 600 square feet like the home that prompted our search, but it’s just as adorable! The exterior is all brick, while interior notes include wood floors, high ceilings and a bathroom with black & white porcelain tile and claw foot tub. The house also has a remodeled kitchen with a center island and stainless steel appliances.

Bonus: It’s super close to the Wissahickon Station commuter rail line.
