Queen Latifah Puts NJ House Up for Sale

The Real Estalker reports that Queen Latifah, aka Dana Owens, has listed her New Jersey home, which is about an hour and a half from Philly (and close to Asbury Park). It has a total of 23 rooms, including seven bedrooms, a sun room, an exercise room, and a home theater. There’s an Olympic-size heated Infinity pool on the nine-plus landscaped acres.

The Real Estalker is not much impressed, however, by the home’s overall “murky vernacular,” “wonky ceiling and wall angles that we can’t understand or intellectually support,” “a soul-sucking office-like dropped ceiling treatment,” and “inelegant and sorta janky looking—open-air tented pavilion along one of the long sides of the rectangular pool.”
