Blah Turns to Hurrah for a Graduate Hospital Rehab

There’s just too much uninteresting new construction in Graduate Hospital–so many people want to live there, so buildings go up quickly and boringly, and buyers pay through the nose. Every now and then, though, a buyer takes a deep breath, considers the options, and chooses to defy the trend.

Hair salon American Mortals moved into 2101 Christian and turned that stuccoed sleep-inducer (pictured in 2009 in Google Street View) into something rather adorable that will do the neighborhood proud for years to come. Here it is:
