Garces Events is Now the Exclusive Caterer at Chubb Hotel & Conference Center
If you don’t recognize that name right off the bat, allow us to fill you in: The Lafayette Hill venue was previously known as ACE Conference Center; the name changed earlier this year when the insurance company that owns the 300-acre property, ACE Ltd., merged with Chubb Insurance. (Otherwise the venue itself remained the same, offering both indoor and outdoor backdrops for weddings of up to 300 guests—plus 120 hotel rooms to accommodate them.)
But let’s get back to Garces: At the helm here are Nick Thomas, Garces Events’s director of food and beverage, and Chef Stanford Burke, who will work with you to customize a menu that suits your day perfectly. Whether your vision includes a seated dinner, family-style feast or casual stations, this team’s got you covered.
