Christian Louboutin Adds Wedding-Perfect Flats to ‘Nudes’ Collection

This spring, the genius and shoe god that is Christian Louboutin added two new shades to the brand’s Nudes collection, bringing the total range of skin-tone shades to seven. (And they’re so lovely, from—as they say—”porcelain to deep chocolate.”)

The two heeled styles (Pigalle and Follies) that previously made up the collection were already beautiful options for the more casual bride with whose dress a leather style would work—and now, for the heel-averse lady, there are flat options as well. Say hi to Solasofia.

We’re digging these because of the aforementioned expanded and so-pretty range of shades, the grown-up (and dressed-up) pointed toe, the delicate and feminine bow—and oh yeah, because wearing flats at your wedding is awesome.  (I can attest.) You’ve got to have the right dress for it, of course—we’re thinking something short and sweet that evokes a simple Parisian chicness—but we have no doubt these babies will be gracing the feet of many a happy bride in the seasons to come.
