Of Course This Happened: A Couple Got Married at the Star Wars Premiere

One hundred-some fans started lining up outside the TLC Chinese Theater in Hollywood on December 5th in preparation for yesterday’s debut of the latest Star Wars installment—and at the premiere, two of them tied the knot!

Australians Caroline Ritter and Andrew Porter answered the call when the historic theater asked if anyone was interested in getting married at the premiere, and get married they did yesterday afternoon.

The wedding was live-streamed for all their peeps back in Australia, and the bride, who has lined up outside the theater twice before for Star Wars premieres, confirms that the venue was, indeed, a dream come true.

I wish I knew Star Wars celebratory jargon, here, but I don’t—so we’ll just say congrats!
