9 Tricks That’ll Help You Do Your Wedding Workout In the Morning

We often hear from brides that even if they weren’t a morning-workout person before that sparkly ring landed on their finger, that they’ve tried to morph into one as much as they can during their wedding-planning months. It just leaves more time after work for any wedding-related research, errands or appointments that might pop up—and, you know, for just taking a minute to breathe.

Getting up with the sun—or, barf, before it—is easier said than done, though, and we are quite grateful to our buds over at Be Well Philly for pointing us in the direction of these helpful tips for slowly but surely transitioning into a morning-workout person.

Personally, I’ve got to do more than one of these things to even have a prayer of working out before I start the rest of my day (including having literally everything down to my water bottle filled and waiting for me in the fridge the night before), and when you put these all together, it does make it all seem possible.
