Kick Off Your Get-Wedding-Dress-Ready Regime With the Unite Fitness Carb Cleanse
The ladies over at Be Well Philly were talking about this initiative from Philly’s Unite Fitness, and we immediately thought of our brides: It’s a weeklong program designed to help you learn which carbs are good, which are bad, which give you energy, and which just give you, well, things like bloat. It’s their Carb Cleanse.
The idea is that you become mindful of the various carbs in your life and the affect they have on how you feel, and your ability to manage your weight—with support and guidance the whole way through in the way of recipes, grocery lists, tips for eating out, and things like that.
We see brides trying all kinds of cleanses—juice, juice, and more juice, for starters—during their quest to get dress-ready in the months leading up to their wedding, and this particular program strikes us as the kind that will actually teach you something you can use not just during this time, but as you strive to maintain general health and wellness going forward.
It starts this Monday, January 26th, lasts seven days, costs $49, and you can sign up for it right here.
