BRIDAL FITNESS: Lithe Method Is Expanding Rittenhouse Location

Fab news in the Philly fitness world today!

Super popular Lithe Method, the cardio-cheer-sculpting workout studio with a “cult” following here in Philly is expanding their Rittenhouse location—which currently resides on the fourth floor of the Medical Tower building at 255 South 17th Street—to take over the second floor, as well! Currently, that floor is home to Rescue Rittenhouse Spa, but since they’ve got plans to bounce over to 1601 Walnut in the near future, it’s worked out quite nicely for everyone involved.

The place is positively crawling with brides (full disclosure: I work out there, and there are as many diamond rings in any given Lithe class as there are at any given Philly jewelry store), and the new space means (hopefully!) less all-booked-up classes, less time spent waiting on the waiting list, and more time sculpting those arms, legs, butts and abs into a shape you can’t wait to slip into your dream gown.

Get more deets over at Be Well Philly, and stay tuned for opening dates.
