Office Challenge Tip of the Day No. 4: Get on the Ball
Sitting on a stability ball is great for your core, your posture and even your mood. I personally cannot stand to sit on a regular desk chair for eight hours every single day of the week, and breaking it up with some time on a stability ball not only helps me feel less stiff, but it keeps my abs tight and reminds me to sit up straight.
It also makes for a great conversation starter—“You sit on that? Every day?” is a question I field quite often—and it’s super-helpful when you and four of your co-workers head into somebody’s office for a meeting and realize you’re one chair short.
