Police conducted a high-altitude arrest early this morning after two people climbed on top of the Ben Franklin Bridge.

The incident began shortly after 1 a.m., when police say the duo climbed a 385-foot tower on the bridge to spray-paint graffiti. But the pair got stuck and had to be rescued, according to 6ABC.

Police suspended PATCO and shut down the bridge for 90 minutes as officers climbed up the pillars to retrieve the pair.
