A Car Struck Primo Hoagies on South Street Early This Morning

Four people were sent to the hospital, police said.

A 21-year-old driver struck four people when a car barreled into Primo Hoagies on South Street early this morning, NBC10 reports.

The injured, three men and one woman, were sent to Jefferson University hospital and are in stable condition, according to the story. It’s possible some limbs were broken.

Police told NBC10 the car jumped the curb around 1 a.m. and shattered the front window of the restaurant, which is located at 326 South Street.

Primo’s was closed at the time. The driver reportedly remained at the scene.

No charges have been filed, but the investigation is ongoing, according to the news outlet.

Last month in a bizarre string of events, a man punched and knocked out another man outside the same Primo Hoagies location, and an officer reportedly got in an accident on the way to the scene, according to PhillyVoice.

Might be best to get your hoagies somewhere else for now.
