PHOTOS: Gays and Allies Flipping Cups and Raising Coins at Field House
On Friday night, beer-chugging revelers gathered at Field House for a good ol’ fashioned flip-cup championship to raise funds for National Multiple Sclerosis Society and gay-run theater company Mazeppa Productions. Co-organizer and Chatterblast co-founder Matthew Ray tells me that at least 300 people showed up to play (45 teams) and watch, and that $10,000 was raised. That’s about $4,000 more than was raised at last year’s inaugural event.
