WATCH: Man Fires Shots in Kensington
Police released surveillance footage of a shooting that took place in Kensington on Wednesday.
Three men exited a car on the 600 block of East Wishart Street in Kensington and fired shots, police say.
Philadelphia Police say one of the men fired shots, hitting an unoccupied Toyota Corolla, after jumping out of a black Hyundai. The shooting happened on Wednesday.
