Rudolph the Horny Reindeer: Tribe of Fools’ Holiday Show For the Naughty

Rudolph the horny reindeer had a very shiny “nose,” and if you ever saw it, you would even say it grows … uh, I mean, glows.

If you and your fellow vagrants enjoy sexy striptease and revisionist holiday tales, then you’re in luck. Tribe of Fools, Philadelphia’s signature physical theatre company, is bringing back what has become a Christmas tradition in the City of Brotherly love: their seasonal burlesque show. And this year, Rudolph and pals are taking no prisoners.

The Revenge of Horny Rudolph will comprise songs, dance, comedy, and, of course, some hot dancing including both male and female burlesque performers. As Artistic Director Terry Brennan explains, “We want to make this for all adults so there are just as many male routines as female. Tribe of Fools sees burlesque as a fun and exciting art form that doesn’t need to be about straight men just staring at women all night.”

And, clearly, it isn’t just “women” who perform at this holiday strip joint. The troupe, lead by Bryan S. Clark, includes Dirty Santa, Nasty Frosty, Colleen Hughes, Irina Jackinoff, PPA Patrolman Parker Peters, and a special guest performance by Timmy Bagley, who was the star of an earlier Tribe of Fools’ hit, Heavy Metal Dance Fag.
