Bucks County Man Charged With Toddler Son’s Overdose Death

Sebastian Wallace, 27 months, swallowed enough Oxycodone to kill an adult.

A Bucks County man has been charged in the painkiler overdose death of his 27-month-old son.

Sebastian Wallace, the toddler, died Oct. 22 with enough Oxycodone in his system to kill a full adult, the Bucks County Courier Times reports. His father, Coco Kollie Wallace, 38, is charged with criminal homicide, reckless endangering, endangering the welfare of children and possession of a controlled substance.

The paper reports:

The charges stem from the Oct. 22 death of Wallace’s son, Sebastian, who was taken to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown, where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy found Sebastian Wallace’s blood had three times the Oxycodone needed to kill an average adult.

Coco Wallace was the only adult with Sebastian in the hours leading up to his death and he admitted possessing Oxycodone pills the day before Sebastian’s death, officials said.

The boy lived with his father. The mother lives in North Carolina.
